Rotary Club of Gresham Foundation

In 2003, the Rotary of Gresham filed applications with both the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and the Oregon State Department of Revenue seeking to become a 501 (c) (3) non-profit foundation.   Several months thereafter, it received approval and its identification number.

As of the date of the last update of this web page, the Club's Board of Directors has not yet opened accounts into which funds contributed to the Foundation could be deposited.   It will do so when it is informed that it is about to receive such a contribution.  

The Club's Board has determined that it will serve as the Foundation's Board of Directors, once the Foundation begins to operate.  

The Rotary Club of Gresham Foundation welcomes contributions to any cause consistent with its mission statement (see below).   Inquiries should be directed to Rotary Club of Gresham Foundation, PO Box 178, Gresham, OR    97030.
